We understand the importance of your personal information, and therefore, we place great emphasis on protecting your privacy and personal information. We will adhere to the following principles to protect your personal information: accountability, clear purpose, informed consent, minimal necessity, transparency, security assurance, and user participation. We will protect your personal information and privacy in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
When you download, install, launch, browse, register, log in, or use Atempower, we will process and protect your personal information in accordance with this policy. Therefore, we hope you will carefully read and fully understand the entire content of this policy and, when necessary, make choices you deem appropriate as guided by this policy.
We will collect and use your information in accordance with this privacy policy, but we will not collect personal information in a bundled manner solely because you agree to this privacy policy. When you use or enable certain functions or services, we will collect and use relevant information necessary to provide those functions or services. Unless the information is necessary for core business functions or required by law, you may refuse to provide it without affecting other functions or services. We will specify in this privacy policy which information is necessary.
If you are not logged into an account, we will use the identifier information associated with your device to ensure basic information push functions. If you are logged into an account, we will use account information to facilitate information push.
Precise geolocation, camera, microphone, and photo album (storage) permissions will not be enabled by default and will only be used for specific functions or services after your explicit authorization. You may also withdraw your authorization. Notably, even with your authorization, we will not collect your information when the related function or service does not require it.
Please note that this privacy policy does not apply to services provided by third parties (including third-party applications, websites, products, services, etc., such as third-party payment channels). Personal information you provide to third parties is not covered by this privacy policy, and unless otherwise stipulated by law, we bear no responsibility for any third party’s collection, storage, or use of your personal information.

When you use Atempower, we may need to collect and use some of your personal information. The types of personal information we collect and use fall into two categories:
First: Information essential for the core business functions of Atempower. This information is necessary for the normal operation of our products and/or services, and you must authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally.
Second: Information that may be required for additional business functions of Atempower. This information is not essential for core business functions, and you can choose whether to authorize us to collect it. If you refuse, it will prevent the additional functions from being realized or achieving the intended effect, but it will not affect your normal use of core business functions.
When providing services, we may obtain MAC address-related information in the background. We have strict data security and confidentiality agreements with third-party SDK service providers, who will comply with our data privacy and security requirements. Unless we obtain your consent, we will not share your personal information with them.
We may collect the following information when providing services:
Device Information, such as configuration information provided by other programs used to access our services, your IP address, mobile device version, IMEI, IMSI, GET-TASK retrieved applications, SSID, device identifier, device hardware serial number, MAC address, etc. We recommend you authorize us to collect this information to provide you with a better user experience.
Location Information, which refers to information about your location collected when you enable device location functions and use our location-based services, including: your geographical location information collected via GPS or WiFi when you use our services through a device with location capabilities; real-time information containing your geographical location provided by you or other users, such as the region information included in your account details.
Current Running Application Processes, which refers to the application processes we may obtain during your use of our products/services to verify whether they belong to our application, thereby improving user experience. We and third-party SDKs will use this permission in strict compliance with privacy and security requirements, and only with your consent will we allow third-party SDKs to use this permission. When used by our product, it is solely for process protection to enhance user experience.
You understand and agree that we aim to provide complete products and services, so we continuously improve our offerings, including technology. This means we may frequently introduce new business functions, which may require collecting new personal information or changing the purpose or method of using personal information. If a function or product/service requiring your personal information is not covered in this Atempower Privacy Policy, we will explain the purpose, content, usage, and scope of the information collection through policy updates, page prompts, pop-ups, or other methods, and provide you with the option to consent. We will only collect the information after obtaining your explicit consent.
The following is information you actively provide when using our services:
3.1 Login and Registration
When you register or log into Atempower, you can create an account using your mobile phone number and complete related online identity information (profile picture, nickname, password) to assist with registration. You may also choose to provide gender, birthday, region, and a personal introduction to enhance your profile.
3.2 Device Information
To ensure the security of our software services and your account, as well as the quality and efficiency of service operations, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version, device name, device configuration, international mobile equipment identity, unique device identifier, network device hardware address, IP address, WLAN access point, Bluetooth, base station, software version, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, usage, and service logs.
Information such as your device’s MAC address, Android_id, brand, device model, system version, device identifier, etc.
3.3 Notification Function
With your permission, we may send notifications during operations for purposes such as message delivery or user experience surveys. If you do not wish to receive such information, you can disable the notification push function through your device’s settings, thereby refusing to receive such information. Disabling notifications will not affect your normal use of our products.
“Atempower” provides a registration channel, allowing you to choose an email as your account and set a password that meets security requirements. The account and password you set are the credentials used to log in and access “Atempower” software and related services as a registered user.
4.1 Account Deletion
If you wish to terminate the use of your “Atempower” account, you may apply to delete your account under the following conditions:
(1) You may only apply to delete your own account and follow the deletion process of “Atempower”;
(2) You remain responsible for your actions during the use of “Atempower” services prior to account deletion;
(3) Once the account is successfully deleted, account records and functions cannot be restored or provided.
To delete your “Atempower” account, please open the client, go to [My Account] - [System Settings] - [Permanently Delete Account], and follow the prompts to complete the deletion.
5.1 Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies and similar technologies are commonly used on the internet. When you use Atempower and related services, we may send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information about your access and use of this product. We promise not to use cookies for any purposes other than those described in this privacy policy. We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to achieve the following functions or services:
Ensuring Secure and Efficient Operation of Products and Services
We may set cookies or anonymous identifiers for authentication and security to confirm whether you are securely logged into the service or if you encounter theft, fraud, or other illegal activities. These technologies also help us improve service efficiency, enhancing login and response speeds.
5.2 Clearing Cookies
Most browsers provide users with the ability to clear browser cache data. You can perform the relevant data clearing operations in your browser settings. If you clear cookies, you may not be able to use services or functions that rely on cookies provided by us.

Third-party services we integrate, including convenience services and official mini-programs, are operated by the relevant third parties.

Some of our services may require you to provide specific sensitive personal information to enable certain functions. If you choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to use specific functions in the service, but this will not affect your use of other functions. By actively providing your sensitive personal information, you agree that we may process it for the purposes and methods described in this policy.

Necessary and reasonable internal sharing: To provide consistent services based on Atempower’s unified account system, ensure and improve the security and reliability of our services and systems, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be shared internally within Atempower. Rest assured, we will only share information within necessary and reasonable limits and for the aforementioned purposes. If we need to share your sensitive personal information or if an affiliated company needs to change the purpose of using and processing personal information, we will seek your consent again.
5. Third-party SDK service providers: Our products may include third-party SDKs or similar applications. When you use such third-party services on our platform, you agree that they may directly collect and process your information (e.g., via embedded code or plugins). For example, if you use a Huawei phone, Huawei Push SDK may need to read your IMEI information to send notification messages; when you log into our product with a Xiaomi account, Xiaomi SDK may collect your Xiaomi account information; Shenzhen Lebo Technology Co., Ltd.’s Lebo SDK may read your MAC address, IMEI, Android_id, and other device information for its screen-casting service; iFlytek Co., Ltd.’s voice broadcast SDK may read your MAC address, IMEI, Android_id, and other device information for its voice broadcast service. To provide content copyright functions/services, we have integrated Baidu Location SDK, which may collect and use your necessary personal information to provide rich content functions/services. For details on the types, purposes, and uses of personal information collected by Baidu Location SDK and how it protects such information, please carefully read the Baidu Map Open Platform Products and Services Privacy Policy. The aforementioned service providers’ collection and processing of information are governed by their own privacy policies, not this policy. However, we will strive to review the qualifications of these third parties and require their compliance with legal and security standards. To maximize the security of your information, we strongly recommend that you review the privacy terms of any third-party SDK services before use. To protect your legitimate rights, if you identify risks with such SDKs or similar applications, we suggest you immediately stop related operations and contact us promptly.
(2) Transfer
Transfer refers to the process of transferring control of personal information to another company, organization, or individual. In principle, we will not transfer your personal information, except in the following cases:
1. At your request;
2. With your explicit prior consent;
3. Other circumstances stipulated by laws or regulations.
